Payment:

Master card, Visa Checks by phone, are welcomed forms of payment. Money orders, Cashier's checks, Verified personal checks, and Business checks, are also acceptable.

C.O.D.:

C.O.D. orders are available by telephone 714-245-0779 or 24 hr fax 714-245-0780. Add $10.00 fee for all C.O.D. orders. C.O.D. orders are payable with cash, money orders or cashier's check only. All custom build to specifications are subject to payment in advance restrictions, unless otherwise specified by SPYWORKS. Purchase orders are accepted from government organizations, and some corporations. Purchase order terms are Net 30 days. Hard copy of P.O. required and may be submitted via mail. Purchase orders may be accepted for minimum orders of $1000.00 unless otherwise specified.

TAX:

All orders shipped to destinations within California, must include appropriate sales tax, unless exempted by resale certificate for security products. Please provide resale number and copy of certificate when ordering.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

All shipments are usually provided via UPS, FEDEX, or US Mail, form Orange CA. unless otherwise specified. Our shippers will only deliver to a street address, they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. The shipping rates vary due to shipment urgency, weight, and insurance.

WARNING:

This equipment is described as a proprietary notice and is not to be used for surreptitious interception of oral communications. The buyer's agency is responsible for assuring the products are safeguarded, used properly, and properly discarded when no longer required.

WARRANTIES:

We warranty items against defects in workmanship for 30 days after invoice date.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES:

All product merchandise is non-refundable. All sales are final. Credit will be given only towards the exchange of an SPYWORKS factory defective item of the same model. A call to our technical representative (714) 288-0026 is required before returning all merchandise to obtain Return Authorization Number (RA) number. Returns are subject to a 25% handling fee.

EXPORT:

Some of these products are intended for export only. Some restricted export items require the written approval of the U.S. Department of State to export. It is the responsibility of the buyer not the seller, to obtain proper licensing. It is also the buyers responsibility to pay all taxes, duties and surcharges that apply to International shipments.

Some special orders, and build to specification orders may require an additional 7-10 days to complete the fulfillment process. Please excuse the slight delay. Some covert wireless video products are available to Law Enforcement only. No Exceptions!!!
