5.8 Ghz OR 2.4 Ghz UNLICENSED ISM BAND WIRELESS VIDEO TRANSMITTER
- TRANSMIT B/W OR COLOR VIDEO & AUDIO.
- USE TO TRANSMIT FROM A VIDEO CAMERA, VCE, DSS SYSTEM,
LASER DISK PLAYER, STEREO TO SPEAKERS.
- CONNECT RECEIVER TO ANY TV, MONITOR, SWITCHER or VIDEO
RECORDER WITH BNC OR BNC TO RCA ADAPTERS.
- 2.4 Ghz OR 5.8Ghz FOR QUALITY WIRELESS UP TO 3100 FT.
- FCC PART 15.
- TRANSMITTER & RCVR SIZE: 4-1/2"W x 7-1/2" L x1-1/2"
THICK
- 4 CHANNELS FOR MULTIPLE TRANSMITTERS
- 12V DC OR 120V AC OPERATION
- TRANSMITTER
- Modulation scheme
- FM, color or B&W composite video signal, NTSC- or PAL-compatible
PC Interface
- A serial interface is provided to allow modification of the alarm
codes, channels, and other operating system parameters from a personal
computer.
Alarm Input
- The alarm input is compatible with standard motion detector and PIR
detector outputs, which are normally open and closed when an alarm occurs.
- Microcontroller
- All system functions are controlled by a one-time programmable (OTP)
microcontroller which also handles all interface with the user.
- Standby Mode
- The transmitter unit is capable of being placed into a standby mode
which shuts down the majority of the transmitter circuitry to conserve
power and to prevent detection of the transmitter by spectrum monitoring.
Standby mode shall put the transmitter into a sleep mode that waits
for an alarm condition or serial command before transmitting alarm/video
information.
- FCC Compliance
- The transmitter unit is designed to be compliant with FCC part 15.249
intentional radiator specifications.
- Low Battery Indication
- A low battery indication is sent to the receiver as an alarm code
that is available on the PC interface and as a blinking current channel
LED on the unit itself.
- RECEIVER
- Video Demodulation
- Phase locked loop demodulation
- Front Panel Operator Interface
- The operator interface allows manual tuning of the RF channels and
operating modes. Visual indicators for operating mode and current channel
shall be provided as follows:
- Normal mode: Current channel LED solid "on"
- RSSI mode: LEDs act as signal strength indicator for alignment
- Discrete Alarm Output
- The discrete alarm output is sufficient to turn on a standard time
lapse video recorder. The output shall be protected as a relay output
to prevent damage to the receiver circuitry.
- Microcontroller
- All system functions can be be controlled by a one-time programmable
(OTP) microcontroller which also handles all interface with the user.
- FCC Compliance
- The Receiver unit is designed to be compliant with FCC part 15.249
intentional radiator specifications, as well as DOC specifications for
Canadian applications, and ETSI for European.
- PC Interface
- The serial interface is provided to allow modification of the alarm
codes, channels, and other system parameters from a personal computer.
The interface is a low data rate simple interface intended for control
purposes only.
- Video Loss Detection
- The receiver has video loss detection circuitry built in, which allows
the user to configure the alarm output to be set if no vertical sync
is detected for a user defined period of time from 1 to 16 seconds.
This feature is available using the interface program only..
